Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process and policies.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and reports changes to the care team.

• Collaborates with physicians and staff to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities.
• Documents care and education thoroughly in the medical record.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards to protect patients and staff.
