TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking a Med-Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Cleveland, OH. Shifts include 12-hour nights and days with rotation, starting 11/20/2026.

The role requires 12 months of perm experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry, OH license or Compact, and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications. Willingness to float to ED and other units as needed. • 12 months PERM experience in Med-Surg or Telemetry.
• OHIO license or Compact license in hand.
• AHA/BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certs required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (nights/days) and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Med-Surg Telemetry nursing care for assigned patients.
• Care for same patient population with potential to float to ED.
• Adhere to shift rotation and holiday coverage requirements.

Location: Cleveland, OH
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30 / Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:30

Job Description:

Med/Surg Tele RN. (Potential to float to other units and ED to care for same patient population)

Scheduling:

• D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Shifts may be variable, IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)

Experience:

• MUST HAVE 12 months PERM experience in specialty applying for.

License and cert:

• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
• AHA or client BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.

Other Requirements:

• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
