Job Description:

Submittal requirements:

• ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made.

Med/Surg Tele RN

• Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm
• Must have 12 months perm MS/Tele experience

License:

• MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
• AHA or client BLS & ACLS required

Experience:

• Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.
• *ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are PREFERREDto qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted!

Other Requirements:

• Traveler must work at least every other holiday
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
