Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Associate’s Degree minimum; BSN preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license required.
• ACLS/BTLS telemetry and certifications desired.
• BCLS required prior to patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: perform accurate nursing assessments of patients.
• Planning: prioritize age-specific needs and problems.
• Implementation: execute care plans with policy-based care.
• Evaluation: monitor and adjust care, document outcomes.
• Documentation: maintain clear, concise records of care.
