Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse Pool for Med/Surg at Highland Park Hospital in Highland Park, IL. This full-time role includes 12-hour night shifts, with weekend and holiday rotation. You will deliver nursing care across units based on needs, using the nursing process and coordinating with the care team.

Requirements include IL licensure, NLN-accredited program completion (BSN preferred), and BLS/CPR. At least one year of inpatient experience is required.

Qualifications

• Current professional nursing licensure in IL required.
• NLN-accredited nursing program completed; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum of one year of direct inpatient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care on med-surg units.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient care plan.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and promote high-quality patient experience.
