Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an RN for Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL. This full-time role requires 6+ months of RN experience and includes on-site duties with day shifts and weekend rotation.

The RN will follow the nursing process, delegate tasks, and contribute to evidence-based clinical care. Qualifications include BLS, RN licensure, and ACLS if required by department; an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing is expected, with Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS required.
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department.
• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 6+ months RN experience; New Grad RN or RN student may apply to Clinical Nurse Residency.

Responsibilities

• Cares for a group of patients with minimum supervision applying the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
