Job summary

BayCare Health System's Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, FL is seeking a registered nurse to join our clinical team. The RN will care for a group of patients with minimal supervision, applying the nursing process and clinical standards.

Responsibilities include delegating patient care tasks, maintaining professional accountability, and promoting evidence-based care. The position is full time, with shift hours 6:45pm to 7:15am and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Certifications and Licensures: BLS, RN; ACLS if required by department; Preferred Nurse Specialty
• Education: Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing; Bachelor's Nursing preferred
• Experience: 6 months RN experience required; New Grad RN or RN student may apply to Clinical Nurse Residency

Responsibilities

• Cares for a group of patients with minimum supervision applying the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Is responsible for professional accountability and seeks opportunities to develop.
• Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
