Ascension, at St John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg department. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and carry out physician and nursing orders. The role emphasizes discharge planning and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Full-time with weekend schedule. Requires an RN license in Oklahoma and a diploma from an accredited nursing program; BLS within 30 days of hire.

Formación

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or equivalent licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and monitors patient care plans; communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning needs with the health-care team.
