Incredible Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Front Royal, VA. The role supports cardiac, neuro, orthopedic and other patient populations with strong emphasis on assessment and education.

Flexible shifts (day, night, mid) and multiple job types are available, with comprehensive benefits and sign-on options. Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of medical-surgical experience, with proficiency in EMR systems and

Competenze

• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably medical-surgical.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately in EMR.
