Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an Arizona RN license (or compact), current BLS, and at least two years of RN experience, with strong assessment and decision-making skills suited to a fast-paced hospital.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 2 years of RN experience.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute-care environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient response to treatment.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
