Job Description:

Per Diem Med Surg RN for 12-hour shifts:

• Day Shift: 7am - 7:30 pm
• Night Shift: 7pm - 7:30 am

System Used: EPIC

Minimum 1 year experience required.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice, guides patient and family teaching, and supervises other nursing personnel in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit. Communicates with physicians regarding changes in patient conditions, diagnostic results, and symptoms. Must respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient status.
