Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct care within an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes patient-focused care, coordination of unit activities, and delegation/validation of tasks to other caregivers.

The RN will contribute to care planning, discharge planning, and continuous improvement through teamwork and accountability. Experience level includes a nursing degree with ongoing BSN progression preferred; requires valid RN license and BLS/CPR

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate degree in Nursing or diploma of Nursing.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team for a variety of patients.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate, and coordinate care with other caregivers.
