Job summary

SoftPath Medical seeks a Clinical Nurse (RN) in California to deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care within the Nursing Department, guided by caring theory and evidence‑based practice. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize health outcomes.

Qualifications include an accredited RN program graduate, California RN license (or active license), BLS, and a minimum of 3 years acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years acute care experience.
• Graduate of an accredited professional registered nursing program.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) accepted.
• Required Licenses and Certifications: RN License and AHA BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care activities with nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health care needs and treatments.
• Advocate for patients and ensure informed decision‑making.
• Document nursing care per hospital policies and standards.
