MEP Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to diverse adult patients on a medical-surgical unit. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.

You will document nursing care in the EMR, follow evidence-based protocols, and uphold patient safety while communicating effectively with the care team.

Formación

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in medication administration and EMR documentation.
• Commitment to teamwork, integrity, and quality improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring of patient condition.
• Administer medications and follow established clinical protocols.
• Coordinate and support treatment plans with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
