Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition on admission and during shifts, report changes promptly
• Administer prescribed medications and document care in the medical record
• Provide responsive, compassionate care and address patient requests
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps, translating medical terms as needed
