Qualifications

• Effective communication concepts and techniques; partners with patients and families.
• Knowledge of patient assessment and care planning.
• Knowledge of medication administration and treatment planning.
• Discharge planning knowledge and follow-up care.
• Documentation of health information and medical records.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
