Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; specialized diploma required.
• BSN strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.
• 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Patient- and Family-Centered Practice knowledge and collaboration.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication with patients and families; appropriate care delegation.
• Discharge planning knowledge and post-discharge considerations.
