Job summary

Incredible Health in Estes Park, CO is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join Med Surg teams on the night shift. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and candidates with any of several specialty experiences are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications include an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS certification, EMR proficiency, and at least one year of medical-surgical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in compliance with hospital policies.
