Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate RN med-surg care to adult patients overnight.
• Monitor and document patient status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Identify and escalate clinical concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for care plans.
• Participate in daily huddles and shift handoffs.
• Utilize standardized care plans for resource forecasting.
