Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical unit in LaGrange, KY. This full-time night shift role requires applying the nursing process to pediatric through geriatric patients as per unit scope, with a focus on assessment, care planning, and patient communication.

The RN will develop, implement, and evaluate care plans, ensuring accurate documentation and collaboration with the care team. Kentucky RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Active Kentucky RN License.
• BCLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient clinical status.
• Develop a plan of care.
• Implement the nursing plan of care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.
• Communicate and validate patient care information.
