Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse for a 238-bed acute care hospital in Panama City, FL. You will assess patients, administer medications, monitor progress, document care, and educate patients and families throughout their care journey.

The role requires ADN or RN Diploma, Florida or Compact RN license, and recent acute care experience. BLS within 30 days of hire; $29.92–$44.88 per hour with a $4 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma.
• Current Florida RN license or Compact RN license.
• Acute care RN experience within the last 3 years (or within the last 5 years for experienced RNs).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care.
• Educate patients and families throughout the care journey.
