Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia or a compact state upon hire.
• CPR/BLS certification upon hire.
• Weekend shifts and irregular shifts required.
• Nursing degree (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor) and HS Diploma/GED as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs using standards of practice.
• Develop and implement care plans with patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
• Facilitate safe patient transitions to the next level of care.
• Document all clinical and quality data per RHS standards.
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure quality patient care.
