Job summary

Franciscan Health Munster Campus in Munster, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver total comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families.

The RN develops patient-specific care plans, implements and reassesses them, and provides education while upholding nursing regulations, standards, and Franciscan Alliance processes in daily practice. This on-site role supports a 24-bed unit with typical 1:5 patient ratios.

Qualifications

• Required: Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Indiana or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Experienced and new graduate nurses are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families through the plan of care.
• Develop, implement, reassess, evaluate and revise the care plan.
• Perform psychosocial/physiologic assessments and education, aligning with standards.
• Adhere to Franciscan Alliance processes and nursing regulations in daily practice.
