Job summary

Universal Hospital Services Inc. invites applications for a nursing role at the Neuro Ortho unit of George Washington University Hospital. In this position, you will provide patient-centered care for complex neurologic, trauma, and post-operative patients while working in a dynamic medical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current state nursing license is required.

Unit Overview

• 42-bed acute care unit (Neuro Ortho)
• Comprehensive Stroke Unit
• Level IV Epilepsy Center
• Patient population includes:
  • Stroke and neurologic conditions
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Spine and orthopedic surgery patients
