Ochsner Health is seeking a registered nurse to lead patient care within the framework of nursing standards and evaluate care outcomes. The role requires applying the nursing process, delegating tasks, and ensuring quality care across diverse patient populations.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSN, an active RN license in the state of practice, and BLS certification. Preferred credentialing in a clinical specialty may be considered for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• RN license in state of practice is required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Preferred: Certification in Clinical Specialty Area.

Responsabilités

• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patients and groups.
