Kennedy University Hospitals, Inc is seeking a professional Registered Nurse to join our acute care unit in Turnersville, NJ. You will apply the nursing process, lead daily operations, and act as a clinical role model while advancing patient care standards and coordinating care across shifts.

This role supports Magnet and Shared Governance initiatives and requires a strong commitment to patient- and family-centered care.

Formación

• Diploma in nursing from an accredited school.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong communication skills and partnership with patients and families.
• Knowledge of patient safety and care coordination.
• Ability to document health information accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure quality care.
• Assess patient needs and coordinate care across admissions, transfers, and discharge.
• Manage staffing and payroll with Nurse Manager and Smart Square.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting beliefs and preferences.
• Resolve issues with staff and physicians promptly.
