Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 2+ years of Med Surg experience required
• Experience with computer data entry required
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment through evaluation to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, honoring values and goals.
• Lead evidence-based practice and participate in data, research and patient safety initiatives.
• Plan proactively across the full patient care journey and manage resources efficiently.
