Porter Medical Center, part of University of Vermont Health, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for our Medical/Surgical Unit in Middlebury, VT. We offer full-time night and day shifts, a supportive, community-centered hospital environment, and opportunities to grow clinical skills.

Eligible candidates have RN licensure in Vermont, BLS, ACLS as required, and at least 1 year of hospital RN experience. Signing bonus $7,500 for full-time external applicants, plus night and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• BLS required; ACLS required for specific departments.
• At least 1 year of hospital RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Medical/Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in structured preceptorships and continuing education to support professional growth.
