Job summary

Incredible Health is recruiting for a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Hanford, CA to provide comprehensive nursing care for a diverse patient population. The role requires ADN or higher, active RN license, 1 year of Med/Surg experience, BLS, and EMR proficiency.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support discharge planning and patient education.

Qualifications

ADN or higher nursing degree required.
Active, unrestricted RN license.
Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills.
Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population in Med Surg.
Administer medications, monitor vitals, and follow treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
Document patient care accurately per hospital policies.
