Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS certification on hire.
• Current state nursing license.
• Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting.
• Requirements specified for specialty unit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, Med Surg nursing care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support patients and families throughout hospitalization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic inpatient environment.
