Mercy Health is seeking a Med-Surg Registered Nurse for West Hospital to deliver high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, assessment of patient status, and development of individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with medical/surgical diagnoses
• Develop and implement patient care plans to improve outcomes

• Evaluate and revise care plans to achieve outcomes
