HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in a busy Med/Surg unit. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, educate patients and families, and document results accurately.

The role requires an active Florida RN license (compact license accepted with FL renewal within 60 days) and a nursing diploma or ASN; BSN is preferred. Prior acute care experience and BLS certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
• PC skills and familiarity with medical records systems.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of Med/Surg patients.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
