• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, manage complex care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Detect and document significant changes in a patient’s condition.
• Assist patients to understand their illness and lifestyle changes (diet, activity, smoking, weight).
• Assess readiness to learn and adapt education to patient needs.
