Job summary

Incredible Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg unit in Humble, TX. You’ll care for adults with acute and chronic conditions, administer meds, monitor vitals, and support discharge planning with the care team.

Shifts include day and night, with full-time, part-time, or per diem options. Benefits cover Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, and Tuition Assistance, with a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement physician-directed plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in EMR.
