Osceola Medical Center seeks a Med/Surg RN - Days, 0.6FTE, to coordinate nursing care, provide patient education, and manage transitions of care. The RN delivers direct patient care and leads nursing activities on a fast-paced unit, ensuring quality and safety for patients and families.

The ideal candidate is a Wisconsin-licensed RN with active BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain within 6 months). Schedule: Days, 6am–6pm, with rotating shifts as described.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Licensed in Wisconsin and in good standing.
• Active BLS certification.
• ACLS or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provides skilled nursing care in accordance with Nurse Practice Acts and nursing standards.
• Performs timely and accurate patient assessments and documents findings.
• Plans, implements, and documents focused care plans with goals for each patient.
• Evaluates patient progress and communicates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Delivers medications per nursing standards and facility policy.
• Maintains clear, accurate documentation of all patient care activities.
• Contributes to patient experience by collaborating with patients, families, and staff.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and prioritizes patient needs.

Conocimientos

Licensed in Wisconsin

Active BLS

ACLS within 6 months

Educación

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
