Job summary

Advocate Health’s Aurora Medical Center Manitowoc County in Two Rivers, WI is seeking a registered nurse for the Medical/Surgical unit. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with standards and policies.

The unit offers 17 private rooms, a collaborative team, CNAs, LPNs, and an RN case manager to support high quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
• Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making in daily care.
