Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg 5W. New grads and experienced nurses welcome. This full-time position offers 36 hours per week, day shifts 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the listed degrees.
• Licensure as RN in Missouri or compact licensure.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains accountability for care for assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Protects patient rights and confidentiality.
