Talented-Medical-Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical unit. The nurse provides comprehensive nursing care, performs assessments, administers medications, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• Current RN license in state of practice (Required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
• Prior med-surg or acute care nursing experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders and unit protocols.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition and intervenes or escalates care as appropriate.
• Provides wound care, post-surgical monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Educates patients and families on disease management, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and patient response in the medical record.
