Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to plan and undertakes clinical practice skills in a competent and safe manner.
• Identify changes in patient's condition and report to appropriate providers.
• Monitor the care that patients receive.
• Float among various clinical services, where qualified and competent.
• Evaluates patient's progress toward expected clinical outcomes, including treatments and health education, in collaboration with the patient and the health care team.
