Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical needs.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and deliver appropriate nursing interventions and monitoring.
• Coordinate care with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
