Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure nursing care plan; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategy.
• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team.
• Record administration of medications.
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations and policies are followed.
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
