Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Missouri is seeking an RN to provide patient-centered care on the Med/Surg 6th Floor. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other team members to achieve optimal outcomes.

This role involves medication administration, patient education, and participating in discharge planning. Sign-on bonus up to $30,000 and loan repayment are offered; benefits start the first month after hire.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• RN license must be active and in good standing
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred as applicable

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per policies and nursing process.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborates with team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Participates in audits, chart reviews, and compliance checks.
