Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days (AHA).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois IDFPR.
• College diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties required by unit as specific to the scope of service.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care and plans.
• Completes initial assessment upon admission and develops care plans.
• Communicates with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
