Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois (IDFPR).
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• Education: College Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate documentation and communicates with the care team.
• Ensures patient safety and updates care plan as status changes.
• Demonstrates professional communication and teamwork across shifts.
