Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Birmingham, AL. The nurse will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care, make clinical judgments with supervision, and coordinate care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements include an active RN license in the practicing state, English proficiency, health clearance, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS, and a preference for about one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.
• Full command of the English language (verbal and written).
• Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Full command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS card.
