Role Overview

A leading healthcare facility in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Med Surg Neuro Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for neurology and medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Assess, plan, and implement patient care for neuro and med-surg patients

️ Administer medications & treatments as per physician orders

️ Monitor patient progress & collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

️ Educate patients & families on medications, treatments, and discharge instructions

️ Ensure compliance with hospital policies & patient safety protocols

What You Need to Succeed

1+ Year of Acute Care Med Surg RN Experience Required

Active Florida RN License (or Compact RN with FL License Application in Progress)

Nursing Diploma Or Associate Degree Required (BSN Preferred)

Certifications Required (or within 30 Days of Hire):

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• NIH Stroke Scale (within 30 days of hire)
