Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an LPN PRN for third shift at Baptist Medical Center East. The LPN will provide direct, individualized care under the supervision of an RN, including medication administration and reporting patient status. In Employee Health, duties include health screenings for new hires and annual checks under RN guidance.

The role requires an active LPN license, BLS, and may require ACLS/PALS/NRP depending on department. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active LPN license required; BLS required.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc) may be required based on department.

Responsibilities

• Direct, individualized patient care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and report patient symptoms to RN.
• For Employee Health, conduct new hire and annual health screenings under RN supervision.
• Other duties within scope may be assigned.
