Job summary

Qualifications

• IV Certification may be required for certain patient care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting.
• Perform ongoing patient assessment and data collection across physiologic, psychologic and cognitive domains.
• Develop and implement goal-directed care plans based on nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care delivery with patients, families, and health care team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document accurately in patient records and follow physician orders.
