Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Missouri to provide patient care under supervision, utilizing the nursing process and coordinating with multiple departments. You will maintain patient rights and confidentiality while aligning with Mercy's mission and standards.

The ideal candidate may be new or experienced, with a practical nursing diploma and current LPN licensure. BLS certification is required or obtained within 30 days of hire, with LPN-IV certification within 3 months as

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Must obtain and maintain a current LPN license in Missouri.
BLS certification or course completion within 30 days of hire.
LPN-IV certification must be completed or started within 3 months of hire in applicable states.
Willingness to stand/walk and assist with patient handling up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision of licensed personnel.
Coordinates patient care with other departments to ensure holistic treatment.
Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
Performs duties in alignment with Mercy Service Standards and mission.
