Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing or equivalent.

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of the RN and multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and report per departmental protocols.
• Document patient care using the electronic medical record.
• Prepare clinical areas and ensure rooms are stocked.
